My name is Brian Petersheim. I AM your local Maricopa real estate expert!
Since 2007, I have been a leading Maricopa Real Estate Agent. With hundreds of past transactions, I am a well-regarded Realtor and an industry innovator. In addition to my deep connections throughout the Maricopa real estate community, I am the founder of MaricopaNewHomes.net, the city’s original real estate blog.
I have worked with the very common “regular sales” of today, and also the now rare “short sales” and “foreclosures”. I have also worked with many snowbirds, investors and Canadians looking to buy and sell their winter home in the Valley of the Sun.
When working with clients, I take a hands-on approach to real estate. Buying or selling a home in Maricopa is a complex, sophisticated and often deeply personal endeavor. On a personal note, my passions are my family. My lovely wife Suzanne is a local teacher, my daughter Haley graduated from Mesa Community College and my son Brian Jr is a Senior at ASU and local journalist here in Maricopa. We enjoy movies and outdoor entertainment as often as possible. I also like to dabble in hot sauce making and have become famous for my Carolina Reaper sauce creations.
I graduated from the University of West Florida, near the sparkling sands of Pensacola Beach. In terms of real estate, my education is never complete. As a licensed agent, I continually invest time, money and thought into the latest sales, marketing and negotiations techniques. I currently have multiple Realtor designations including CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative)
