Maricopa Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time client services representative. A client services representative focuses on client service and communication. They are the first and last point of contact with the hospital and key to creating lasting impressions. This team member must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, handle payments and financial issues, the ability to multitask, a friendly attitude, and confidence to deal with stressful situations. This position supports our veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and kennel staff in daily patient and client care. They communicate with clients in person, by phone, and by e-mail. We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to fulfill this position. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is required. Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
