Ironwood Ranch Apartments multiple shade structure permits valued at $196,000. 

Aztec Ventures tenant improvement permit to renovate 20800 N. John Wayne Parkway, Suite 116, for La Michoacana. Also issued commercial demolition permit to remove interior walls and redesign utilities.

Capdevel060 permit for new O’Reilly Auto Parts at 17516 N. Shea Way valued at $1.18 million.
