When will Maricopa start to enforce traffic laws? Speed and the exhibition of speed is constant. In town and on the 347.
For clarification, this has nothing to do with the City of Maricopa or specifically Maricopa PD. This would be AZ DPS jurisdiction and at this time, I believe they cover the entire state and like other cities are short on officers. I agree that the City of Maricopa has some blame to the amount of growth which causes more cars on the 347 but ultimately its the drivers that have the most effect in these situation. I would love AZ DPS to come back out and start writing tickets again. Maybe we can pressure our city and county officials to encourage them to come back out. I don’t know the cause of this specific accident but its sad that we continue to see the rise in deaths.
Any word on the cause of the accident, I heard that it was a southbound car crossing into northbound traffic?
Anyone hear or read that?
How about an update?
