Scarlet Walker is a fourth-generation psychic. 

Her mom had the gift, her grandma had it and now she, her brother and her daughter have it. But she’s one of the only ones who uses it full-time.  

Walker first felt her psychic abilities when she was 9 years old. She was in her hometown of Charlotte, N.C., when she fell into a pool and saw a little girl in the water staring at her.  

Walker said ever since then, she has always felt those abilities. So, when she was 21, she decided to start giving readings and 30 years later she’s still giving them.  

Walker moving her family and her business, Spiritual Solutions, to Maricopa was fate’s decision, she said. Walker lived in Phoenix, her husband’s hometown, when the couple decided to take a drive through Maricopa just to get out of the house. They happened upon a home for rent, called and asked if it was available, and by the end of the day they were set up to give their house near Tatum and Bell Roads to their daughter and move into the new one.  

“It’s an older crowd,” Walker said of Maricopa compared to Phoenix. “I like it because it’s tranquil and it’s quieter. We’ve been in the hustle and bustle for so long.” 

The services Walker offers include meditation, reiki healings, spiritual healings, contacting people who have passed on — if the spiritual guides allow — crystal readings, tarot cards, crystal healing, chakra healing and more.  

“I love helping people and finding them the answers,” Walker said. “Fear is the biggest thing that a person has to stop holding; let fear go. What’s written is written, we cannot change what’s written for us. But there is free will, you can make changes, and you can make things happen differently.”
