A pile of poo near North Van Loo made a 46-year-old man want to murder a woman and her little dog, too.
Maricopa police arrested Cory R. Kroeger on charges of threatening and intimidating Halloween morning, according to a probable cause statement obtained by InMaricopa.
Cops responded to Rancho El Dorado just after 9 a.m. on a report that Kroeger was threatening to murder a woman and her dog on North Van Loo Drive near West Little Drive.
“Cory drove up in a Chevrolet truck and threatened to kill [the woman] and her dog,” an officer wrote in the probable cause statement. Kroeger said he would kill the woman because her dog pooped and peed in his yard.
Officers found Kroeger at his nearby home on North Allen Court at 10:42 a.m. where he was “yelling at a group of people in an aggressive manner,” about another neighbor’s dog.
Cops arrested Kroeger after the victim positively identified him during a police drive-by, according to the report. He was booked into the Pinal County jail and faces a year-and-a-half behind bars.
