An Arizona Secretary of State filing shows a trade name for Blooming Donuts LLC was registered on Friday, listing a Tolleson address and describing the business as a donut shop, bakery and café with sandwiches and boba tea.

Arizona Corporation Commission records show the Blooming Donuts LLC entity was first registered in 2017 in Tolleson, where a shop under that name remains open on Lower Buckeye Road near 99th Avenue.

That location has built a strong following, with a 5-star rating on Facebook, a 4.8-star rating on Google, a 4.7-star rating on Yelp and thousands of social media followers. It was also named Best Donut in the Valley in Phoenix New Times’ Best of Phoenix 2025.

Arizona Corporation Commission records list Chamrong Sok and Sokvimom Kao as the owners of Blooming Donuts LLC.

Good Donuts opened in 2015 as Maricopa’s first standalone donut shop.
