Where are new homes, apartments and businesses going up in Maricopa?

Here is a list of permits issued between Aug. 10 and Sept. 11:

Commercial 

Gunsmoke Ranch Apartments 44 multifamily residence permits for 2- and 3-bedroom units. 

Gunsmoke Ranch Apartments multiple at-risk foundation only permits for 24 units. The contractor is BeckShar. 

Honeycutt Run 3 commercial shade structure permits, valued at $40,000. 

Tyree Raygen McKinley home occupation permit for a home-based body waxing and eyebrow services business at 36255 W. San Pedro Drive in Tortosa.  

Clark Investments interior alteration permit for Molly’s House of Little Feet, valued at $3,325. 

Ham Fiesta certificate of occupancy for Motor Vehicle Processing at 20924 N. John Wayne Parkway. 

O’Reilly Auto Parts racking system permit for new location at Maricopa Power Center, valued at $89,000.

Pinal County Community College District mobile vendor annual inspection permit to sell hamburgers and fries at 40117 W. Bowlin Road. 

Stonegate Investment Holdings minor development review permit for new 3,519-square-foot quick-service restaurant with a drive-through. A business name was not provided. 

Raymond William and Joanne Tellez home occupation permit for a home-based chiropractic service at 41703 W. Barcelona Drive in Glennwilde.

 

Residential 

Century Communities to construct 4 homes in the Lakes at Rancho El Dorado.

DF Construction to construct 4 homes in Rancho Mirage. 

D.R. Horton to construct 6 homes in Sorrento and 1 in the Lakes at Rancho El Dorado.  

KB Home to construct 3 homes in Desert Passage. 

Landsea Homes to construct 3 homes in Moonlight. 

Lennar Arizona to construct 6 homes in Anderson Farms. 

Meritage Homes to construct 10 homes in Rancho Mirage. 

Pulte Homes to construct 1 home in El Rancho Santa Rosa.
