The Pinal County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the 2 people killed in a Maricopa house fire earlier this month.
The victims were 50-year-old Shannon Cogburn and 51-year-old Jason Liddle. PCMEO has not confirmed their causes of death.
The fire erupted around 11:36 a.m. Aug. 1 at a Glennwilde home near Portarosa Drive and Corvalis Lane. Fire crews from Chandler and Phoenix also responded.
At the time, a Maricopa Fire/Medical Department spokesperson said an arson investigator was working with police to determine the cause of the fire.
“The incident remains under investigation, and no additional information is available for release at this time,” a police spokesperson said this week.
