Mr. Chapman,
My name is Glenn Morrison, retired constable for Pinal County Justice Precinct 4. Although I am now retired and live out of state, I continue to follow events in Maricopa closely.
I have observed your public comments and online conduct toward Judge Patricia Glover. I have watched videos in which you make statements about her, her performance, and the court that I believe are false, misleading, insulting, and potentially defamatory. Public discourse—especially from someone seeking elected office—should be grounded in facts and conducted with professionalism and respect.
You also appear to have forgotten one of Ronald Reagan’s enduring principles for Republicans: Never speak ill of another Republican. Campaigns should be about earning votes through your own qualifications and ideas, not by attacking others.
As a former elected official and a lifelong Republican, I am disappointed and embarrassed by your conduct. I believe it reflects poorly not only on you, but on the Republican Party and the City of Maricopa.
For those reasons, I respectfully ask that you do the honorable thing and withdraw from this race.
Respectfully,
Glenn Morrison
Retired Constable, Pinal County Justice Precinct 4
