Since opening our doors in 2019, Maricopa Wellness Center has grown alongside the community we call home. What began with a vision to bring advanced aesthetic and wellness services to Maricopa has evolved into a comprehensive practice where clients can address many of their health, wellness and aesthetic goals under one roof.
But what truly sets us apart isn’t the number of services we offer or the technology inside our treatment rooms. It’s how we care for the people who walk through our doors.

Every person has a different story, different concerns and different goals. That is why we focus on understanding the individual before recommending treatment.
Whether someone is concerned about changes in their skin, stubborn weight, hormone-related symptoms, body changes, intimate wellness or simply wants to feel more confident, our goal is to determine what makes sense for that individual.
We combine comprehensive consultations, medical history, advanced skin analysis when appropriate and diagnostic testing for our medical programs to develop personalized recommendations. Sometimes that means one treatment. Other times, the best results may involve combining technologies or creating a longer-term plan.
Most importantly, we want our clients to understand their options and why we are recommending them.
Expertise you can trust
Maricopa Wellness Center is led by Dr. Kristina Donnay, who holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice, is a Family Nurse Practitioner and has a background in emergency and forensic nursing.
Her passion for education extends far beyond Maricopa. Donnay travels internationally to educate medical professionals on advanced aesthetic technologies, treatment protocols and combination therapies. Maricopa Wellness Center also works alongside leading medical technology companies, helping our team remain at the forefront of advances in aesthetic medicine.
That experience comes home to Maricopa.
Our team continually invests in education and training because we believe simply offering treatment isn’t enough. We believe providers should understand the science behind it, know how to select the right patient and understand how different treatments can work together to achieve better outcomes.
