The city’s milling and paving work on Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway within the city limits should end tomorrow, a City of Maricopa spokesperson said.

Monica Williams said a work crew will restripe the highway segment next Tuesday without motorist lane restrictions. However, she said some delays may take place.

Phoenix-based Combs Construction is applying double chip seal and restriping on the highway between Anton Street and North Russell Road in both directions.

Similarly, Pinal County roadwork will take place Thursday and Friday, and June 17 and 18 on the county’s portion of Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway from Peters and Nall Road to Anton Street.

There could be periods of motorist delays from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
