Getting to Chipotle and Starbucks at Maricopa Station just got a little easier.
Construction crews this week completed intersection upgrades at John Wayne Parkway and Cobblestone Farms Drive, according to the City of Maricopa.
This upgrade connects the intersection to Maricopa Station businesses, such as Chipotle and Starbucks. It also provides easier access to future development in the area.
The project began in January. Crews constructed the access road, installed traffic signals and built a southbound turn lane. Lane striping finished over the weekend.
The improvement is the first of many expected in the area. Future projects include the installation of a digital message board on northbound State Route 347 to provide live updates on travel times and road conditions.
Maricopa Communications Coordinator Luis Vila said those upgrades are “slated for June and will likely happen overnight.”

For the love of God please time this light so it will NOT go red when the 347 is green moving traffic North and South.
While your at it time the rest of the lights through the city,
God has nothing to do with your impatience or lack of time management.
Has nothing to do with patience you moron, it’s common sense. I’d explain it to you, but I doubt you would understand.
You’re resorting to name calling instantly instead of explaining your reasoning, sounds a lot like impatience to me.

Also, leave earlier.
Hate to say it but…. 👆😉☝️
