Technical difficulties continue to force the closure of Ak-Chin entertainment venues today. 

The issues, made public yesterday, continue to affect both the community’s entertainment center and police department with no end in sight. 

“Due to ongoing technical issues, we will be closed today, Aug. 14,” Ak-Chin Circle Entertainment Center said in a statement, adding that “our team is diligently working to resolve these matters as quickly as possible.” 

Ak-Chin Circle unexpectedly closed early yesterday and officials said it would reopen today. The entertainment complex that houses the city’s only bowling alley, movie theater, arcade and laser tag now can’t predict when operations will resume. 

Phone and network lines were down at Ak-Chin Police Department yesterday, but today its phone line is fixed. Its website remains down.
