Lakeside RV home fetches $650K

The most expensive home sold in Maricopa March 10-April 9 closed for $649,995 on March 10.

The single-story home at 22360 N. Daniel Drive in The Lakes at Rancho El Dorado was a model and came with upgraded landscaping. The home backs to a lake and has a backyard covered patio with doors to the dining room and master bedroom. The master has a walk-in closet and double-sink bathroom. Two other bedrooms in the home share a bathroom. There is an extra room, for an office or loft. The kitchen was sold with upgraded cabinets and quartz countertops, breakfast bar and a walk-in pantry. The house has an RV garage and a two-car tandem garage.

After 51 days on the market, the home sold for a cash offer in $75,000 below its original list price.
