Lakefront former model home a top seller at $749K

This three-bedroom home at 22360 N. Daniel Drive in the Lakes at Rancho El Dorado claimed $749,000 March 28. It was the most expensive sold in Maricopa March 10 through April 9.

The master features a walk-in closet and dual sinks in the en suite. Two other bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A bonus room can be used as an office or loft. The kitchen was sold with upgraded cabinets and quartz countertops, a breakfast bar and a walk-in pantry. The house has a tandem garage and a bonus RV garage. This is the second time this property has closed as Maricopa’s priciest monthly home sale since it took No. 1 in May 2023, and was the priciest sold that year. This time, it sold at the asking price.
