When officers arrived, several males were seen fleeing south from the area. Police began attempting to locate them.
Kaiden D. Gardner-Martin
Kaiden D. Gardner-Martin was later located in the Alterra neighborhood, court records state.
Investigators were told Gardner-Martin had been involved in an argument via text messages over a female and that he and others went to the Sonny Road residence to confront another person about perceived “disrespect.” During an altercation in the street involving “approximately 15 individuals with ski masks,” Gardner-Martin allegedly pulled out a black handgun from his pants.
Police said Gardner-Martin later admitted he had a firearm in his pocket during the argument and tried to run away when he heard police sirens. Officers obtained consent to search a vehicle connected to him and located a firearm in the center console.
He was arrested on firearms and fighting charges. He was booked into the Pinal County jail and has since been released.
Jordan T. Calligan
Jordan T. Calligan was also identified as being involved in the confrontation and jailed on eight criminal charges.
According to court documents, Calligan told officers he had sent the Sonny Road address to a group chat so friends could come to the residence. Officers later located a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis registered to Calligan after observing it fail to stop at a stop sign near Dutchman Drive and Hogenes Boulevard.
A traffic stop was conducted on Dutchman Drive, and records showed Calligan’s Arizona driver license was suspended effective Feb. 22.
Police reported seeing a firearm in plain view on the passenger seat. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of an open container, several vape devices, suspected marijuana and prescription medication not prescribed to him, according to the probable cause statement.
Calligan was taken into custody and booked on suspicion of weapons misconduct, fighting, marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia possession, unlawful use of a license, driving on a suspended license, driving with an open container and illegal possession of prescription drugs. He has since been released.
No injuries were reported in the incident. Both cases remain pending in court.
Editor’s note: This story has been updated to correct the ages of the arrestees. They are 18. An earlier version of the story incorrectly reported them as 19.

Dumb and dumber!
None of this is true and the fact that you over embellished all of this is absolutely maniacal. Both of these boys just barely turned 18 and were invited out to the Maricopa property by the children that lived in the home. They were all friends and were having a civil dispute because one of the other boys threatened to assault a minor that was there . So the two boys in the photograph went to the address to go pick up the kid.neither one of the boys ever showed up wearing a ski mask, and in addition to that they did not brandish a firearm. You guys literally just make stuff up and don’t even fact check unbelievable. actually it’s really not.
Keeping real at the Meadows!
Maricopa Meadows has officially become the “south central” of Copa. It is quickly turning into a Ghetto.
Damn white criminals they should of stayed locked up funny if they were black or brown they would be but white people always get special treatment and privileges.
People stay locked up for as long as their sentences last. Don’t assume it’s always because of racism.
Yeah, you probably can’t figure how to get an ID Card either.
Fair play if you aren’t old enough to remember this, Elias, but the judges would have also accepted “Hangin’ Tough”.
Oh whoa oh whoa oh… that was a rough one… I apologize to the community…
P.S. I miss you, Dweller! Wish you were here! Did you exchange a walk on part in the war for the lead role in a cage?
Funny…the girl that told this tall tail to the police just recanted!! Lmao
