A Maricopa man’s morning pit stop ended with an arrest after police say he urinated against a wall with his penis visible.

Arnoldo Salcedo, 31, was at the intersection of Terragona Boulevard and Playa del Rey Lane around 9:36 a.m. Sept. 19 when he stood against a brick wall and began urinating, according to a probable cause statement.

A person passing by in a vehicle with his wife and daughter saw Salcedo and recorded the incident on a cellphone. The person told police Salcedo’s penis was visible.

Police reviewed the video, which showed Salcedo facing the wall while his penis was visible at one point, according to the statement.

The witness’s wife and daughter also saw Salcedo urinating, although they told police they did not see his penis.

Police said Salcedo was also drinking beer in public. An open case of beer was found with him, and a preliminary breath test showed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.30, according to the statement.

Salcedo was arrested and booked into Pinal County Jail on suspicion of indecent exposure and public consumption of alcohol.
