Originally from Detroit, Roxsanna Wiley has called Maricopa home since 2020, where she has built both her business and her life around community, family, and connection.

As an Allstate agency owner, Roxsanna is passionate about helping others feel secure and supported, but she says what she appreciates most about Maricopa goes beyond her work — it’s the strong sense of community she feels throughout the city.

She lives in the Glenview area and shares her life with her husband, Charles, along with her children and grandchildren, including daughters Angel, Bianca, and Cristelle, and her granddaughters Lily and Lavender.

When she’s not working with clients or spending time with family, Roxsanna values the everyday moments that come with being part of a close-knit community. While she loves many things about Maricopa, she’s honest about one challenge locals know well: State Route 347.

Her heart for service is reflected in her favorite charity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and her pride for her hometown shines through as she cheers for the Detroit Lions.

At the center of her story is a simple appreciation for family, faith, and community — values that continue to guide her both personally and professionally as she serves Maricopa residents every day.
